Willis, a former life insurance agent, is an excellent trainer and coach and has worked with many agents helping them become better organized, more effective in life insurance sales and provided strategic planning.

Gloria Willis holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management with a specialty in Organizational Development and Training from the University of Utah. She has graduated from two coaching schools and has been a communications adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix, located in Salt Lake City. She was the training administrator for Blue Cross and Blue Shield while living in Salt Lake City.

She has developed Cracking the Code to Selling Life Insurance –a system designed especially for newer agents to make life insurance an important part of their practice.

Gloria has been working with people in business for the past 25 years. She specializes in working with insurance agents and teams, helping them to clarify their vision, goals and actions and to improve production through better hiring, retention and development of key people.
