| 1. How long have you been in business? |
Approximately 4 decades. ----- |
| 2. What is your mission statement? |
As a successful investor of long duration, I want to share my expertise with others. ----- |
| 3. How many states are you licensed in? Which ones? |
Not applicable (though I am a licensed California real estate broker). ----- |
| 4. What products and services does your company specialize in? |
My investments include, but are not limited to, corporate securities, real estate, mortgage loans, and business opportunities. ----- |
| 5. What separates you from the competition? |
? I am not a banker, who merely stores other peoples’ money. Nor am I an investment advisor, who merely makes recommendations on other peoples’ money. Neither am I an economist, who merely philosophizes about other peoples’ money. Rather, I am a professional investor who regularly incurs risk. I profit when my decisions are correct and suffer when they are wrong. ----- |
| 6. What is the #1 benefit of working with your Company? |
No one formally “works with my Company,” though I cooperate with others, mostly close friends, in various enterprises. These endeavors are usually profitable. ----- |
| 7. What types of incentives (or perks) do you offer? |
Not applicable. ----- |
| 8. Do you offer products and/or services that no one else offers? |
Not applicable. ----- |
| 9. What is the first thing you want prospective agents to know about your organization? |
Not applicable. ----- |
| 10. How do you measure success and how do you share this success with your Producers? |
Though this may sound simplistic, I’ll repeat a single line that appears in the second chapter of my book: “It is with money that we keep score of our successes and failures.” If the information and techniques I recommend are helpful to those in the pursuit of prosperity, my goal will have been accomplished. |
