The Revolution FMO appears in the January, 2010 issue of Automobile Magazine as a sponsor of a car participating in the Targa Mille Molise/Rally di San Guiliano race in Italy, 135 miles east of Rome, to benefit The Molise Foundation, a nonprofit organization founded by The Revolution FMO's Legal Counsel, Ruthann Niosi. The purpose of this not-for-profit foundation is to further and support selected charitable activities through grants, funding and financial assistance dedicated to the economic planning and development of projects within the area of Molise, Italy. One of the projects that The Foundation supports is a local orphanage, of which The Revolution's donations funded furnishing new bedrooms for all of the children.
Besides her role as The Revolution Legal Counsel, Ruthann "Raffaella" Niosi is an Italian-American attorney who has navigated her way through the pull-your-hair-out Italian racing bureaucracy. "She has been the engine for everything" says Giuseppe Di Nobile, the former mayor of the nearby town of Ripalimosani and the president of The Molise Foundation in Italy. "None of this would have happened without her."
As a child, Niosi attended autocrosses, gymkhanas, and club races with her parents. Five years ago, when her daughters left the nest, she formed Scuderia Niosi to indulge her interest in the business of racing, most notably lining up sponsorships for drivers. Niosi says, "I'm already thinking about next year."
Mark Lindsey, Founder and CEO of The Revolution FMO added, "The Revolution is proud to be affiliated with Ruthann Niosi and the Molise Foundation. We look forward to our continuing relationship. The Revolution is a Field Marketing Organization (FMO) for elite independent producers of annuities, life insurance and long term care. The Revolution is headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
