Zenith Marketing Group Inc., with offices in Freehold, NJ, Charlotte, NC, York, PA, and Wayne, PA announces the hiring of James P. Farrell as Vice President/Brokerage Sales.  In his new role, Mr. Farrell will manage and develop relationships with independent producers, independent marketing organizations, and broker/dealers to increase sales of life insurance, annuities, long-term care, and linked benefit product lines.  He will be based in Zenith Marketing Group’s Wayne, PA office.

Mr. Farrell has almost 30 years of experience in the life insurance industry with Mutual of Omaha, Penn Mutual, Pacific Life, and Principal Financial, holding various field management positions as well as home office executive positions with responsibilities for sales and marketing recruiting programs, new product initiatives, retail/wholesale distribution and sales training and development.  Most recently, Mr. Farrell served as Vice President of Sales for MAIN Financial Services in West Chester, PA.  Mr. Farrell brings a wealth of knowledge on the product and advanced marketing front and is committed to developing growing every producer’s business.
