Jerry Golden launched Golden Retirement Advisors (GRA), a Registered Investment Advisor. GRA selected the Intelligent Variable Annuity through TIAA-CREF Life Insurance Company as its platform for investing personal retirement savings.
At accumulations of between $100,000 and $500,000, the account has a fee of 0.35 percent for the first 10 years and 0.1 percent thereafter.
GRA also teamed up with third-party investment advisor, Kanon Bloch Carré, to develop investment models using TIAA-CREF’s variety of low-cost fund options within the account. These portfolios fit into the Savings2Income (S2I) planning method GRA has adopted for creating its plan for retirement income.
