A special eight-page consumer guide focused on encouraging long term care insurance planning will be included in all issues of Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine. The guide will appear in the magazine's November issue as part of the industry's commitment to Long Term Care Awareness Month (November).
The guide, titled "A 3-Step Guide to Smarter Long-Term Care Planning", will be bound into the centerfold of the national publication. Made possible with support from four leading long term care insurers, the guide will focus on key messages of significant importance to consumers, and will provide meaningful information designed to encourage readers to contact their local insurance professional.
Kiplinger's is one of the nation's leading personal financial magazines, and the insert will be seen by some two million prospects. The November issue of the magazine will be sent to subscribers in October, and newsstand copies will begin selling around October 10. Free copies of the special insert will also be made available in quantity to members of the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance.
Long-Term Care Awareness Month was created by the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance in 2001, and is now the largest nationally-recognized event focused on LTC planning.
