LAS VEGAS, NEV., AUG. 24, 2012 — Cathy Cooper, Immediate Past President of the Michigan Association of Health Underwriters, recently received the Legislative Achievement Award at the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) 82nd Annual Convention and Exhibition in Las Vegas.
Cathy was recognized for this award that honors members who have made significant contributions and performing outstanding service in connection with state legislative matters and by developing and implementing methods to strengthen and improve NAHU’s stance in the industry.
“The leadership of NAHU members has a far-reaching impact on providing for the healthcare needs of individuals, families and business in their communities.
