For so long, companies were content operating in the middle of the road.
Today, with so much change, so much pressure, and so many new ways to do everything, the middle of the road has become the road to nowhere.
What are you the most of?
For example, my company is the "most of" elder caregiver advocacy — it is the only national eldercare assistance program (EAP) with an accredited VA claims agent overseeing our long term practice, and it provides the "most of" in expertise and resources for employees juggling work and caregiver duties.
