IRA Financial Group, a provider of self-directed IRA and 401(k) plans, has recently launched, an all-in-one 401(k) retirement solution provider and recordkeeper for small businesses.

According to the company, unlike other 401(k) plan recordkeeping service providers, with 401K Administration Services, business will receive an IRS pre-approved retirement plan fully customizable and will not be tied to any one financial institution or financial investment program.

The small business client will be able to control which investments are offered and have total control over all plan options while the 401K Administration Services ERISA experts will handle all recordkeeping responsibilities and requirements.

“Our client will be able to work directly with our ERISA attorneys and experts to establish and maintain their company’s 401(k) retirement or profit sharing plan, “ said the company's Adam Bergman, Esq.

“Our ERISA attorneys and 401(k) experts have the training and experience to take care of all small business retirement plans, recordkeeping and administration services so that each client’s retirement plan remains fully ERISA compliant."

401K Plan will offer specialized plan and retirement plan administration services for small business employers across a wide spectrum of industries. The ERISA tax experts at 401K Administrators will be able to customize each company’s retirement plan to include many different tax-differed savings options.
