ACSIA Long Term Care, Inc. is BULLISH ON LTCI. ACSIA is looking for qualified professionals in a number of positions.

National Recruiting Director

The successful candidate should understand how to identify and recruit both proven experienced long-term care specialists as well as those with successful sales track records who could advance in this industry.

Candidates should have an understanding of the long-term care marketplace and the insurance industry. A strong track record of successful recruiting of sales professionals is helpful but not required.

Regional Sales Directors

We are looking for exceptional sales leaders to lead the top LTCI specialists in the nation. The successful candidates will have an outstanding track record in LTCI sales or LTCI sales leadership. Candidates should have a complete understanding of working in a lead system, sales training and strong communication skills.

LTCI Sales Field Trainers

We are looking for experienced LTCI Sales Field Trainers or current successful LTCI specialists who have the desire to share knowledge to help others be successful. Successful candidates should have a strong track record and desire to succeed.

LTCI Specialists

We are looking experienced LTCI specialists who can use our free lead resources to help prospects plan for the physical, emotional and financial burdens long-term care places on family and friends.
