Biography: Ken is a CPA, CFP, CLU, ChFC. He is past President of the Arizona CPA Society Phoenix Chapter, and past President of the Greater Phoenix Institute of Certified Financial Planners.He teaches two 8 hour CPE courses for CPA's on life insurance and annuities. Ken specializes in designing and presenting advanced insurance concepts to clients and their advisors; such as CPAs and attorneys. Having worked as a tax consultant in a large international CPA firm, Ken understands how to communicate the benefits of life insurance and overcome CPA’s objections. He knows how to design life insurance policies to meet the stringent standards a CPA demands for his clients. He consults with clients and agents on: • Supplementing qualified retirement plans for owners and key employees with Section 79 and Section 162 bonus plans • Key person insurance • Buy/Sell business plans using life and disability insurance • Helping the agent give back to the community and open new markets with charitable planned giving concepts that can result in significant life insurance sales and major charitable gifts Ken is a frequent guest of Steve Savant on the Brokers Alliance web sit show the, Business Insurance Zone.
