About Me

Name: Paul Mallett
Job Title: Senior VP/COO
Company Name: Postema Marketing Group, LLC Biography: Paul Mallett has enjoyed a successful and diverse career in business, starting with his first management position at the age of sixteen. Now serving as Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer for Postema Marketing Group, Paul is a proven leader and effective communicator who understands the importance of delivering measurable results and aligning actions to key strategic brand and marketing initiatives.

As senior vice-president of Postema Marketing Group, LLC, Paul works closely with president/CEO Dennis Postema to formulate and implement the strategic plan that guides the direction of the company. Paul helps clarify the vision, sets goals, and then assists in the development of plans to get there.

Paul surrounds himself with good people, and lets them do their jobs. He works hard to get people in the right seat on the bus, and puts them in position to succeed. He is an advocate for strong recruiting, training, and accountability.

Paul keeps the interests and concerns of PMG agents and customers front and center. He looks at all issues through their eyes. What will agents think of this? What needs do they have that PMG or other marketing organizations are not meeting?
