Biography: Since the early 1970's, the Formans have been pioneers in the field of long-term care insurance, helping to design some of the earliest plans, and testifying before Congress. Today, Stephen Forman and his 2 brothers carry on the family tradition of leading the industry as vocal proponents and thought leaders. Stephen is proud to write on behalf of the industry he cares deeply about in such publications as ProducersWEB, LifeHealthPro, Producers eSource, The Wealth Channel, and others. LTCA lends its corporate support to such worthy friends as the Center for Long-Term Care Reform, the 3in4 Association, and the American Association for LTC Insurance. Mr. Forman has been quoted in Kiplinger's Personal Finance, National Underwriter, and received a feature in Agent's Sales Journal's Special Issue "2010 LTCi Selling Guide". His expertise was also sought when the non-partisan Congressional Research Service prepared its report to Congress on the CLASS Act ("CLASS Provisions in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act". Stephen graduated UCLA '91 (Magna cum laude) and is today a member of American MENSA. He lives in Seattle with the love of his life Sarah, a private tutor who works with academically challenged students.
