Willis extends contract of Chairman and CEO
Willis Group Holdings announced that it has extended the contract of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Joseph J. Plumeri until July of 2013.
The third-largest global insurer also announced that Willis North America has promoted Alastair Swift to the position of chief placement officer.
The moves come after Willis Group announced earlier this month that is has completed a reorganization that includes moving the company from Bermuda to Ireland.
