Charles Senatore and James Williams have been nominated to run for seats on the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Inc.'s (Finra) National Adjudicatory Council.

Senatore is head of corporate compliance at Fidelity Investments, while Williams is president of Financial Telesis Inc.

The National Adjudicatory Council is a national committee that reviews decisions made in Finra disciplinary and membership proceedings.

If selected, Senatore would fill a seat for a large-firm representative, while Williams would represent midsized firms.

The five industry seats on the Council are held by two small-firm representatives, two from large firms, and one from a midsize firm.
