Findings from ADP Employer Services Companies indicate that the U.S. added 42,000 workers in July.

This increase follows a rise of 19,000 in June, and is compared with estimates of a 30,000 job gain, according to economists surveyed by Bloomberg.

And finally, ADP says that, although employers are increasing their workforce in an effort to meet business investment demand, it will take time to regain the 8.4 million jobs lost during the recession.
